Grow a sense of Gratitude
To start with, pay more attention to what’s good in your life than what’s not.
Look for good in the world outside of your own.
We have been conditioned to always focus on the negatives or flaws or outcome or result or target.
Focus only on the PROCESS of Growing Gratitude.
WRITE in a notebook twice daily - after getting up in morning & before going to sleep at night - three to five moments you feel thankful for. Write only which you get really connected with.
Measure your growth when you practice this simple inner work from Day 1 to Day 30 to Day 90 to Day 180 & on & on.
It's a simple lifetime work.
